There are 4 main objectives:
- Performances on stage at different venues around the city.
- International Academic Seminar.
- International Top Model Fashion Show.
- Song for peace and a peace speech and declaration.
In the whole schedule, SRRU, the Surin government office and the private sectors jointly participate as hosts.
- Bridges of cultural understanding
- Promoting cultural identity from local and international platform
- Creating partnerships and networking arts and culture
- Brainstorming academic seminar and knowledge exchanges for future collaboration
- Interaction of artists and staffs and students and access to local community.
- Community is able to join the events.
- Friendship among nations
- Preservation and conservation of cultural identity all over the world.
- SIFF Foundation established in 2007.
- Establishment of International Costumes Museum in 2008.
- Presenting Magazine of fashion show to general public.
- Peace and sustainable development.
- Enhancing networking for sustainable collaboration in the coming years.
- Surindra Rajabhat University is a hub of cultural learning.
- Under the era of Globalization, we ourselves should consider the enduring value of cultural identity, (think locally and act globally) and try our best to link the global to our local community
- In order to understand ourselves, we need to understand grass root ethnic culture via cultural identities.
- Should be proud of our ethnic background even though it changes and is challenged.
- We need every way possible to maintain international understanding.
- The best outcomes of all activities in festival are creating cultural bridges of understanding. These are for charity, public awareness and worldwide cooperation and understanding.
